My New Car

"Shortly after I switched my car insurance to Nationwide, I bought a used car. You know whenever you buy something, even if it's not really new, it's new to you? So I called it my new car. Anyway, I was in my last year of college, and I was so happy to finally have this car that I love. About two months after I bought my car I was driving to college and it was snowing...and, you guessed it...I crashed my new car. As I was going around this sharp curve, I went into a spin. Then I ended up driving up over this huge snowbank and rolling my car over on it's side. Luckily I wasn't hurt. But my baby (car) was hurt really bad. They towed my car and a policeman drove me home. When I got my insurance, I had gotten rental car coverage, so I would never be without a car. So When I got home, I called Nationwide to file a claim. I needed a car so I could get to school. After about an hour I was on my way to pick up my rental car. The next day, I found out that my car could be saved...Yeah!!! I had my favorite body shop pick up my car. They could fix it, but it was going to take over three weeks to get it done. Finally when my car was fixed, all I had to do was pay my deductable and pick up my car. I didn't even need to take the rental back to where I got it, they would pick it up at the body shop.
My experience with Nationwide, the body shop and the car rental place was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for more from them. Even after all that, my insurance rates never went up. It's been over three years since that accident and I 'm still driving that car that I love and it's still as pretty as ever. It still runs great even after putting over 190,000 miles on it!"

"My last property claim was handling smoothly and without any issues. The claims rep was more than helpful in handling my cliam. I've also exprerienced excellent customer service from my local agent, who can be counted on to quickly handle any changes to my policies."
